Refund policy

1. Return Policy

We stand by our product's satisfactory results. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will happily refund any unopened bags from your initial order. Simply donate any remaining food to your local shelter or box it up and send it back to our housing facility. Please reach out to returns@elzies.com for more information for processing your return. 

2. Replacements

If your order is compromised or damaged upon arrival (open/pierced package or spoiled food) please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt in order for us to address your issue.

3. Limited Refunds

As we guarantee satisfaction with our food products, we will refund the amount of your first order if you are not satisfied with our food. Our online services are subscription-based and all subsequent food orders are non-refundable.

4. Request Process

If you need to make a replacement or refund request (or have any questions about this policy), please contact us via email at returns@elzies.com.

We may require you to return any order to us for an approved replacement or refund.
